He has held leadership roles on the Board and Audit Committee for various Companies and has made significant contributions to the development of the audit and accounting profession in the Country. He is currently serving as a part of Social Consultative Council and continues to lead several initiatives towards Vision 2030.

Ferguson (a PwC member firm), Ferguson Associates, Abdulla Fouad Group, and the Central Bank of Kuwait. Over the last five years, he has successfully launched multiple ventures in Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States, generating $22 million in revenue in the past 18 months and creating over 400 job opportunities in fields like Finance, Accounting, Cybersecurity, Data Analytics, and Software Development.

Currently, Muhammad holds several key positions: he is the Chairman of FAMCO Associates, President of TransVare Corporation in the USA, and Managing Director at ECOVIS Saudi Arabia. Mr. Saad Alsabti is the managing partner of ECOVIS AL SABTI in Saudi Arabia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (“SOCPA”), (“CPA”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the United States of America. He received his master’s degree of accounting from Michigan and is a fellow member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and also a member of Saudi organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA). Saad has over 40 years of professional experience in both external and internal Audit and risk advisory. His clients include wide range of entities such as Banking, governmental, manufacturing, trading and service industry and family business, etc. He is a member of the audit committee of several KSA based entities both private and public sectors. He is an active member of the SOCPA Quality review Committee. He also plays an active role in conducting professional training for SOCPA and development of audit and business valuation standards in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Saad has earned the Royal King trust to be appointed as a member of the Saudi Consultative council (“Shoura”) in 2016. He got elected by the minister of commerce to act as a member of the board for Riyadh chamber of commerce.
