Mr. Saad Alsabti is the managing partner of ECOVIS-AlSabti in Saudi Arabia. He is a Certified Public Accountant (“SOCPA”), (“CPA”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the United States of America. He received his master’s degree of accounting from Michigan and is a fellow member of the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and also a member of Saudi organization of Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA). Saad has over 40 years of professional experience in both external and internal Audit and risk advisory. His clients include wide range of entities such as Banking, governmental, manufacturing, trading and service industry and family business, etc. He is a member of the audit committee of several KSA based entities both private and public sectors. He is an active member of the SOCPA Quality review Committee. He also plays an active role in conducting professional training for SOCPA and development of audit and business valuation standards in Saudi Arabia. Mr. Saad has earned the Royal King trust to be appointed as a member of the Saudi Consultative council (“Shoura”) in 2016. He got elected by the minister of commerce to act as a member of the board for Riyadh chamber of commerce.

Mr. Khaled Al-Sabti, is a Certified Public Accountant (“SOCPA”), (“CPA”) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the United States of America. He is also a Certified Internal Auditor (“CIA”). Mr. Khaled is expert in the field of accounting, audit, and risk. He has many years of experience in the field of auditing since he started his audit career with Deloitte Saudi Arabia. Khaled communicates effectively with his clients by providing them with the proper advice and consultation derived from his strong technical knowledge. He has practical experiences within various industries in private sector in real estate, consulting firms and financial institutions, schools & institutes, retail, manufacturing, schools & institutes, limited & listed companies, governmental and semi-governmental institutions. Khalid also sits in many audit committees and boards of several companies in Saudi Arabia. He is collaborating with the Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (SOCPA) to perform periodic quality control inspection for accounting and auditing firms. Khalid’s current focus is towards the growth of ECOVIS Saudi Arabia and managing high profile entities and individuals.

He worked in Asia and Middle East and has delivered Public workshop/Coaching Session on Business Continuity in Bahrain, Lebanon, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan. His leading associations includes Professional Employment with leading firms of the Middle East and Pakistan which includes, Protiviti Member Firm ME, A.F Ferguson (Member firm of PWC), Ferguson Associates (Ex-PwC Member Firm), ES-Gulf WLL, Abdulla Fouad Holding and Central Bank of Kuwait. Muhammad is a subject matter expert on Technology and Business Resilience Consulting, with frequent speaking engagements at industry forums & conferences. Muhammad is often consulted to provide his views on the regional challenges and opportunities in implementation of effective BCM methodology across industry verticals.

The core expertise spanning around Strategy and Governance, Digital Audits, Cybersecurity, Business & Operational Audits, Technology Consulting, Compliance, Investigations, Technology Risk, and Enterprises Systems. He served all over Middle east to leading organizations across Government, Banking and Financial Services, Telecom, ICT, Oil and Gas and Manufacturing. He is certified in Managing Risk in The Information Age Harvard X, CISA ,CISM, CRISC, CDPSC, TOGAF, Cyber Law, CEH, COBIT, ITIL Expert.
Noman Khan carries over 22 years of in-depth and all-round experience spanning in the areas of Enterprise System implementations, Systems selection and solutions including industry specific solutions, Project Management, Quality Assurance, Post Implementation Reviews for large Enterprise Systems, Technology Reviews, Security Reviews around the Access Management Systems across multiple large organizations and industries. Experience in Management Consulting, Enterprise Systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics etc.), Mobility, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotics and Automation, IoT Technologies, Software Development. He has served over Middle East & Asia to leading organizations and industries including Banking, Capital Market, Oil & Gas, Government, Academy & Training, Automotive, Telecommunications, Manufacturing, Recycling/Waste Management and Utility Companies.

He has worked with wide range of clients from large public companies to small private operations providing Audit and Assurance Services. Bilal has extensive experience in providing compliance reviews and related advisory services to several regulated financial sector companies including insurance firms, exchange houses and investment advisory companies. Bilal is a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and CPA Pakistan. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Applied Accounting from Oxford Brookes University UK.
